Our colleague Michael is one of the 20 participants at this year's "adesso academy" program for prospective and young executives.
Over the next 15 months, he will go through different modules for a total of 6 weeks. Here he will get to know, among other things, the strategic alignment of adesso AG, pick up expert knowledge and leadership abilities, establish a personal network and, of course, to further develop his own personality.
However, we want to get a closer look at all of this and that is why we interviewed Michael about the program and his personal impressions:

About our interview partner:
Michael Schuboth (29 years old) already started at adesso AG as a student. He was initially a software engineer and in 2016, he changed to adesso insurance solutions as a product manager. He recently became the Competence Center Director for the MIGSuite product.
